Returns
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items. If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Return Process:

- Return Shipping:
- If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.
Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Please note that we do not offer refunds for custom products or items that are not defective. All sales of personalized items are final unless they are damaged or incorrectly made.
Exchanges
- Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change your order, please follow the return process and place a new order.
